Order
When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details about the products, prices, billing, and delivery addresses.
If there is anything wrong with the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at Info@tryguasha.com.
Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 5-12 business days. Note: Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched no earlier than the following Monday. Due to high demand at the postal service, delays may occur. We ask for your understanding as this is beyond our control.
If delays in delivery occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at Info@tryguasha.com.
Please note that additional customs and VAT charges may apply as you are the private importer of the product you order.
Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price.
Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the day you receive an item that you have ordered.
5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:

You must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification should be sent to Info@tryguasha.com. Your message should include your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return applies to.

You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal notice.

You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return; therefore, the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the product's original value in the case of used or damaged products.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you.
- Products that have the character of sealed audio or video recordings and where the seal has been broken by you.
- Custom-made products that have been tailored specifically for you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
- Services that have been fully completed, and where you have expressly consented to the service commencing without the right of withdrawal.
- Goods that can deteriorate quickly, such as food.
- Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

Complaints and Grievances
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly dispatched upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.
6.1 How to proceed with a complaint:

Any errors and defects should always be reported to Info@tryguasha.com, where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the fault.

If we fail to rectify the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow the guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se.
Limitation of Liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may result from the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances could include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
Product Information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to expose the products as accurately as possible.

By shopping with Nordtrends.se, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We care about your privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass your information on to third parties without legal basis.
Nordtrends.se is responsible for processing personal data that you provide to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us to handle your order and in cases where you have requested newsletters or promotional offers - to tailor marketing to your individual needs.

10.4.1 Payment Provider
When a purchase is completed, information is shared with our payment provider. The information stored includes first name, last name, address, email address, and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, the personal identity number is also stored with the payment provider. The information is saved to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.
The payment providers (payment services) we use are Klarna.
10.4.2 Freight Company
To deliver your orders and fulfill our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. The information shared with the shipping company is first name, last name, and address information for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the freight company for notification purposes.
The freight companies we cooperate with are Postnord.
10.4.3 Newsletter
If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address are shared with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
We use Klaviyo to send out newsletters.
10.5 Right to Access
You have the right to receive extracts of all information that is available about you with us. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format.
10.6 Right to Rectification
You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or complete information that is incomplete.
10.7 The Right to be Forgotten
You can request the deletion of your information at any time. There are few exceptions to the right to erasure, such as if it must be retained for us to fulfill a legal obligation (such as under the Accounting Act).

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The amended terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.
Dispute and Choice of Law
If a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer can contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se. Residents of an EU country other than Sweden can submit complaints online via the EU Commission's platform for mediation in disputes, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
In the event of a dispute, we will follow the decision of ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.
Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
